See in the Evenin Times that Coisty has spent the last ten days in Argentina and has taken in games involving the top clubs. Could make for an interesting signing couldn't it.

Brings back memories of Gabby Amato - who could forget the way he humiliated celtic's current assistant manager with a sublime turn a few years back. Loved it!

Forgot about Cannigia! Superb wee player in the twilight of his career.

Anyone remember the other Argie we had for a while? As usual was meant to be the next big thing and turned out to be pants and lucky if he played a handful of games

He only went across for tango lessons in a dusty Buenos Aires attic.

I heard Ally McCoist's number one target from his Argentinian scouting expedition is rumoured to be hard working winger/wing back called Fraben Tausse, an Argentinian of German extraction.

Coincidentally, Tausse is nicknamed in Argentina "The Tin Man", like a former Rangers wide man Ted McMinn, due to his quick and uncomplicated service when the chips are down. He plays wide but likes to tuck in now and again!

McCoist thinks that Tausse could possibly be used to beef up the Rangers midfield when required.

Seb Rosenthal? - was Chilean. Great player, shame he brokes his leg after only a couple of games. :(
