I think saying we accept racist slurs is ok because he always does it is pretty similar.I am far more concerned about the affect on the people he is abusing than him.If he stops fair enough.If he does not I will report him to the police.I do not know what powers they have in this case. There are many good people of differing views on this forum and lots of fun and falling out BUT this is just true racism and is out of place here.

As long as I do not have to read racist remarks on here there will be no need for us to bore each other. If you feel you support him I suggest you do it in a room away from everyone else otherwise you may be charged with inciting racial hatred.It is a pretty serious crime.I doubt any senior police officer would want to be seen ignoring such an offence when there is clear evidence of it.
They had better if a suspected crime has taken place on one and it is reported to them in a method which is trackable electronically.
