What if Red Bull and Vettel were cheating?

lol, Webber has NEVER followed team orders in regards to Vettel, it's what makes his crying in Malaysia over 'multi 2-1' so funny, although there are plenty of gullible mugs that feel sorry for the hypocritical twat. most people are so stupid they'll believe whatever the first person tells them.

Japanese Grand Prix: Webber 'won't hand over the win to Vettel'
Mark Webber said that he won't be making it easy for his Red Bull team mate Sebastian Vettel to get past him in tomorrow's Japanese Grand Prix, even if that costs Vettel the chance to clinch the world championship this weekend.

Vettel needs a win at Suzuka - and for closest rival Fernando Alonso to finish ninth or lower - to seal the deal here, but Webber says that he is in no mood to simply let Vettel take the lead whatever the circumstances - and that if Vettel wants it, he'll have to go out and take it.

"Seb's had a phenomenal year. He will do his race tomorrow, I will do my race," said Webber. "We'll be there for ourselves tomorrow."

And Webber said he wasn't expecting the team to intervene in the matter: "I don't think there will be, I think they will let us get on with our race. I'm not expecting many phone calls tomorrow."

Was he getting phone calls before other races? What did the phone calls say?

As you may know ;) I'm no fan of Vettel, but I'm not surprised he's pissed off: this is meant to be his party but, today, of all the people to piss on his fireworks, it's Mark. Well, it's tomorrow that really counts and, while I'd love to see Mark's career go out with a bang, I still expect Seb to win.

As for TPJF's point about the Red Bull being optimised for Seb, of course it is! RBR were openly saying that would be the case three years ago. So Mark's driving a car designed for Seb but he has known that for a long time now and has still re-signed to stay on there until now. If he wanted equal treatment, he could have gone elsewhere but he chose to stick with the best team which, on the other hand, he had been with since they were nothing.

The question on everybody's lips is will Red Bull enforce team orders in Suzuka tomorrow? Well what does Mark Webber think?

"I think it'll be fine tomorrow," he told BBC F1 pit lane reporter Lee McKenzie. "We'll have a standard grand prix. It's everyone for themselves to get the maximum result they can. Tomorrow is another day.

"We have to look at getting the best result for ourselves - which means me winning and the rest is whatever. If Seb can get more points than Fernando, that's good for him and the team."

    CHRISTIAN HORNER
Horner added that team "changed almost everything" with the Kers when it (Vettel's) failed in third practice so "there are only a few other things it could be". When asked whether the drivers would be allowed to race on Sunday, Horner said: "They will do the best they can for the team." Hmmmmm.

Christian, I wonder if it is the stuff that controls traction?

Lewis Hamilton congratulates Mark Webber as they queue up to be weighed. It sounds like Webber said to Hamilton that he also didn't have Kers, but he wasn't sure if he got it back during the lap.

Anderson brought up a good insight at the start of the show. The heat sensor camera picking up heat on the tea tray showing how low the front end of the car is. Yet they are not wearing it away

It's clearly obvious Vettel's advantage is a new front wing design concept called "knife wing" which can easily puncture other peoples tyres and remain undamaged through the race.

    Newey does it again!

The new Pirelli compound is of a similar makeup to that of water-balloons. :p

The reality is Vettel is just better at handling the tyres than the rest. Today proved it and its why he has an advantage over the others.

I've heard it all now, coming from the driver and team that were crying about the previous tyres more than anyone!

tbh I don't think there's a team on the grid that hasn't complained about the tyres, except maybe Caterham and marussia who go too slow to wear them out.
