"were rubbish" would infer that your posts, at a time in the past, could have been considered rubbish but are no longer, because the content has improved somewhat.

"are rubbish" would infer that your posts have never been anything but rubbish.

I believe in this case "are rubbish" is correct.

If you wanted to infer that your posts no longer exist because in a fit of rage & self loathing you used the edit function to overwrite most of your posts then it could maybe have been more beneficial to yourself if you confronted your anger & low self esteem head on. Have a look at yourself, how could you have handled it better?
