Saw Watchdog tonight and it says it is running an article on Sports Direct next week. Looks like the Fat Controller is going to have things to answer about his company. 8.00pm on 16th BBC 1

Heard a long time ago about the conditions the kids that made the shirts worked in and the small amount they were paid per day, a real disgraceful insight into the couldn't care less attitude of the Fat Controller.

 

Watchdog should be called "Look at how many morons live in this country". They show stuff everybody but the most idiotic simpleton knows is a sting, and then expect us to feel sorry for said simpletons and their pathetic sob stories. That one the other week about the old couple who went to Spain instead of Portugal was hilarious... "Our little boy can't speak, but all he said was "Algarve" when he heard we were going to Portugal Cry me a river...

And the Rogue Trader guy should be investigated for being a Rogue Trader himself, because he purports to offer a service he actually provides poorly... Seriously, who thought it was a good idea to give con artist's public money, then watch as a loud mouth cockney jumps at them, only for them to run away... What the f*** is the point? You aren't shaming anybody except yourselves BBC... and the idiots who don't do some research on people they employ to do these jobs.

I'm sure the SportsDirect piece will be as informative as the rest of the s*** on the show

 

Hmm, this bitterness appears to run deep JPF. Were you duped on Rogue Traders for swindling customers at the airport? There really was no need for all of those special body searches was there?

They're investigating why Sports Direct are sending out 'free' gifts online and charging customers for them, don't know quite how it works like as how can they hide the cost on your on screen invoice? Unless the items are more expensive online then they are in store to make up the value of the 'free' gift. Anyway, it's hardly a consumer scandal.

 

An interview with the Fat Controller means he more or less has control over what is asked and answered.

I would rather the Fat Controller and the Two-Fingered Saluter both come out on a press conference to answer questions , but I know that's just wishful thinking.

They can run a special on it all they want. Old rhino skin won't give the time of day and will quietly be laughing in his evil lair at their attempts to stop his evil empire juggernaut. He couldn't give a rats ass. To be honest neither could I, we all know that it is likely to be among the most morally debt ridden companies in the UK. They could have found something more TV worthy (although like JPF I have my doubts given their usual efforts). I could have saved them a lot of time anyway, I cna sum it up in one line.
