Good to see the vast majority on there oppose it and the ones who didn't were under the illusion it was just AFC that is being dropped. I think part of the campaign group's future communications should be to try and educate people that it isn't just dropping AFC it is completely changing the name to Hull Tigers and nothing else.
I think he understand fine but just likes to disagree and seems to really hate that this campaign is gathering momentum.
Ive met most of the guys on the campaign group and impressed with everyone of them. None are stupid. All are massive City fans, home and away. All support the Allams and recognise what hes done for the club.... Those that persist in criticism of the No To Hull Tigers group and CTWD Campign dont yet convince me they have anything more than a desire to argue for the sake of it.
They try to disrupt EVERY thread on the topic, but in reality, the lack of weight and substance to their arguments help make the point in favour of the campaigners.
Don't know how many of us on here are on the Twittersphere, but there is actually an account "@YesToHullTigers" and the bio reads: "We want a better future for our Club. Your history is yours. We oppose an outright refusal to a name change #NoToHullTigers. Consider change #HullTigers Truly unbelievable. Sure it's ran by a 12 year old. Gonna do some digging, test their resolve...
You are not obliged to post on any particular thread, it's quite clear from the titles what they're about, if you don't like them, then simply ignore them. If you wish to start a pro-name change thread, or a pro-Allam thread, or a pro-anything thread, then by all means go ahead, nobody is stopping you. Do you know how to start a thread, I don't remember you doing it previously?
People who agree with the name change are welcome to post what they want on the topic too. I suspect if there was a valid argument in favour of the change, it'd probably have been made by now.
Definitely! He doesn't seem to be able to justify his means for supporting the campaign at all. It's laughable. All he's doing is defending his own 'opinion' rather than persuading others to join his cause.
