cheers wiz and good luck for the rest of the season mate ,hopefully things will improve over the next couple of months for your lot.
This is depressing. No disrespect to Wycombe but our constant defensive failures are alarming. Unless things start to click soon, we are staring at another relegation fight and do we have anyone capable of rolling their sleeves up and grinding out results? My faith is wavering here.........
No ta. My remaining hope and faith has all been eroded now by a manager who can't buy us a win. He talks nonsense, blames everyone but himself including the cardinal sin of blaming us the fans and is taking us down. This is his team and his record last season and this is a disgrace. O'Driscoll out
Amen, the guy is negative in most of what he does, perhaps that has an affect on the players too, I certainly feel that about him. Hope he does turn it around of course, but I'm thinking the board won't get rid and he's just going to make a bad job worse.
that's why I don't post much on here anymore. Such a blinkered view. As if sacking Sean will make any positive difference. Like we always have queues of brilliant managers guaranteeing success lined up when we have a vacancy. Give the man some time. When you have Golf lessons, your game gets worse before it gets better. I don't think judging him on a poor backpass by Flint and a defeat in the JPT is a reason to go back to the beginning again. If we had started with Baldock and JET and either had got injured for 6-8 weeks we would all have been more upset. Move on AN16 and lets see how things look in late December.
That explains why you lot were celebrating as if you'd just won the European Champions League when you beat us in the 1st round of the JPT Wycombe
agree with you there glenn. i dont see any great managers looking for jobs just mediocre, no sod inherited a mess. and has his hands tied financialy,i saw enough against port vale to make me believe he"ll get it right.
Well, how seriously did we take it last night?- Bring in a 16 year old kid, no JET or Baldock, and why not. But if we were really targeting this, a full strength side would have been put out. We did beat Palace in slightly similar circumstances. No excuses now. Back to the league. Our points total is meagre, but we have lost 4 games, 3 of them by the odd goal. Only once have we been beaten soundly- I think in nearly every game we could have quite easily got more. This must be the attention areas as if not, League 2 will become a reality.
The way you lot were crying after the game seems like you just lost a champions league final, are you over it yet??
How much time shall we give him ? Until another successive relegation is a certainty rather than just a possible concern ? I would remind you that we have not won a league game at any level for nearly half a season in terms of the number of winless games. We are a joke and a laughing stock.
How about we start docking players wages for inept performances? They get a win bonus, so why not a loss deduction? Beyond my meager comprehension why we can't sort the effin defence out.
Thats because however **** we become, You're always there to make us think "oh well. it could be worse. we could be Sags"
