I wonder if if he has a list already with ticks and crosses against names at the club, he must have been watching and taking notes right from the first game , thats what an out of work manager does surely, its called homework.
I'm sure he will have mate, just like we all do, he'll know their strengths and weaknesses and have plans to iron them out. I hope so anyway.
It's not his plans to iron out the problems mate it's his plans to ship out the problems I'm more interested in. Were there any decent players at Brighton who could do a job for us?
Not sure mate, I never followed them that closely to be honest. Personally i'd like to see the old guard shipped out, got no problems with any of the new signings so far, I think they all need a little playing time and a clean slate to start a fresh.
before he starts shipping anyone in or out..he needs to assess....for himself...just how good or bad these players are. I cannot see wholesale changes this season now..not after PDC pretty much bought in a new team
To be fair he's watched every minute of Sunderland this season (apparently) so his assessment of the squad should be well underway
