Liverpool are a good bet for Champions league football next year.

Surprised no one has placed Spurs in top 4, I have no Idea atm on winner but top 4 made up of Chelski, Spurs, Arsenal and Man City for me. Of those 4, Chelsea look ..ordinary atm, and Liverpool are looking good too, and could be there or thereabouts instead.

Man U always dangerous to underestimate them but think this will be a transition year for them, and is going to be tricky season (top 6). I dont think there will be any chance that Moyes will be gone this season (unless Man U implode/heading for relegation type disaster season) He is there for the long haul and they can afford to back him for at least 2 seasons. Next year will be the defining season for Moyes and Man U.

Edit: my only bet.. Spurs top 4

Spurs are in North London. So when I said I could see Arsenal and Spurs finishing 1st and 2nd (or 2nd and 1st), I included them in a top 4.

Man U won't be close, their squad is bang average. Both scouse outfits are better, let alone Chelsea and City. City may finish 3rd on individual ability alone. Chelsea 4th again on individual skills, just because they have the likes of Mata in their reserve team (that said, neither are real football clubs anymore). Liverpool should come close, if they can keep key players fit; their squad's just a little short, but (barring further cannibalism/neo-nazism) Suarez is always available and he + Sturridge is tidy. Man U will be a distant 7th at best, I reckons.

Funny thing is, if City just held on to Mancini they'd have probably walked it this season.

Still could, they're my bet for the league. If we're not too far off top by Xmas we'll make some signings in January but I doubt we'll finish 1st this year, top 4 has to be the aim.
