    Would have swapped him for Diego Costa and some change. 8 League goals already this season at Atletico. Really is a shame that one fell through.

    He did play well, didn't see first half cause I was at work but he was great in the second half <ok>

    He is quality so I'm glad we stood our ground and kept him - players are arseholes these days and none more than Suarez so try not to fall in love with them and you won't be too gutted.

    If we have any chance of getting back into the CL he will be a big part of the reason why.

    Edit: his team mates really like him too which is good - he isn't a disruption

    Still think he will leave next summer (and I wouldn't be fussed because we've seen what he's like) but we might as well make use of him now, hope he continues to score and create which should help bump up his valuation.

    Glad we kept him? Hmmm... Difficult to answer. No doubt he is a quality player and we need players like him to get top four but he is a **** of the highest order and I don't think there is one ounce of loyalty in him. I'll stick to the statement in my signature <ok>
