Moyes has spent the last 11 years trying to get Everton higher up in the league than Manchester United. He's finally achieved this.
I was at Weds v Donny at the weekend. It was abysmal football, 2 sides trying to outdo each other in the 'how poor can we be' stakes. It was only the goats cheese mousse & pork belly with cider mash that got me through the afternoon Jones will go. Wednesday in bottom 3 and Mandaric has an itchy trigger finger. The easier call is David Weir at Sheffield United. Bottom of the old Div 3 is clearly not going to cut the mustard now they've got Crown Price Abdullah on board
Don't understand why everyone is getting so worked up about ManU's prospects this season, with a good headwind behind them they should be more than capable of knocking out another 30 points or so to avoid the drop
You would think so, the way this game is going, 3-1 down now (Cabaye just pulled one back). please log in to view this image You wonder if Chelsea are having second thoughts about loaning Romelu Lukaku to Everton, especially when they look at the performance of their current strike team. I believe on loan to WBA for 2012-13 season he scored 18 goals, more than any other Chelsea player that season.
and his young sidekick 2025: GOAL- Everton 2-0 Newcastle - Ross Barkley (25 mins) They have been a more dangerous combo than Bonnie and Clyde so far this evening. Romelu Lukaku holds the ball up, and Ross Barkley is already on his bike, scampering in behind the Newcastle defence. The pass is perfect, and Barkley applies one touch to control and another to finish from 18 yards. That might be Newcastle finished as well. I wonder who'll perhaps be getting the biscuit tomorrow morning? Digestive variety? please log in to view this image There is plenty for Newcastle director of football Joe Kinnear to mull over in the Goodison Park stands. His side have not shown any sign of being able to figure out a way to pick their way through Everton's busy defence.
3-2 our very own Loic Remy scoring another goal - 4 mins ET to play FT 3-2, Remy also came within a whisker of tying the game.
He missed a sitter in the last game as well right at the end. It does make me laugh that these players think they are too good for us and then go to play for crap teams that lose every week instead of being part or a table topping team. Whats more fun? winning this league or winning once every 5 or 6 weeks in the PL?
I guess he wants World Cup footie next year. Whether he gets it playing for a relegated team (or a prison XI) remains to be seen...

I'd quite like to be the one that takes the Ex-Lax whilst being suspended naked above Hughes.... on second thoughts that sounds a bit pervy!
You wonder what they'll be saying about him in a few weeks? please log in to view this image 1632: FOOTBALL Stoke manager Mark Hughes has warned his players to stop sniping about his predecessor Tony Pulis, on the orders of chairman Peter Coates, reports the Daily Telegraph. Hughes called a meeting with his squad last week and told them that any more criticism of Pulis would not be tolerated, after Kenwyne Jones and Cameron Jerome both went public to air their frustration. Coates said: "We had seven very good years with Tony Pulis as manager and we are pleased with what he did for this football club." Although a totally different, i.e. competent, manager, Wenger also has that "in need of Ex-Lax" look about him? please log in to view this image
Funniest thing I've heard for awhile. Thanks Uber, I have a brother-in-law whose a United fan - its been passed on !! No comment yet
I also heard that United have changed their nickname from the "Red Devils" to the "Port Talbots" on account of the fact that they can now be located sandwiched between Cardiff and Swansea.
