  2. He did. JK was saying the image is taken from the same place as the one for the midweek game and they got it right then <ok>

So Chelsea, united, spuds and city drop points and we have the perfect opportunity to make ground with a fixture against the bottom placed team! Queue Disappointment!

Results couldn't realistically gone much better for us this weekend. Need to not let this chance pass us by. Been struggling 2nd half recently but I think we should stick with it, batter them 1st half & weather the storm 2nd potentially hitting on the counter.

    We NEED a result.

I'd always play with Sterling or Ibe tbh. We dont have enough pace in our team, they may not be the finished article but pace causes problems. Look at southampton last week for example, only chances we created second half were when Sterling got in behind their defence twice and gerrards free kick. Ok he didn't finish but his pace created the chances and his end product will improve with a run if games

Given the choice I'd go with Ibe at the mo,not as quick as Sterling but more physical strength.

    Ming
    Wisdom-Sakho-Kolo-Enrique
    Gerrard-Lucas
    Henderson-Suarez-Moses
    Sturridge

We shouldn't be showing Sunderland any respect by playing three at the back ,play four with our most aggressive center backs there to shut off Altidore quickly.

Henderson, Suarez and Moses all switching should cause Sunderland enough issues. Henderson to score as former players play better against their former teams.

Wonder why Agger is on the bench, assuming he is fit. I would have preferred Agger/Toure partnership that started the season so well.

  18. Going to be pissed if we attempt three at the back again!

So the same way we started against Utd

Mmmm, dont know what to make of that

3 at the back can actually be quite attacking

I'd love to see Gerrard pushed up without Cout playing, he looks almost bored sitting so deep

Push Gerrard up and he doesnt have to get back. His duty to create and close in their half

Pleased with the starting lineup. I feel at this moment in time Kolo is a better option at right back then Wisdom, who's been shakey of late. Glad to see Skrtel being rewarded for his fine form with a place in the side too. Hopefully Suarez shakes off a few cobwebs, Mignolet saves a penalty, and Hendo bags a hat trick.
