EIO Leeds wont go down but they wont go up either Defensivly weak, attack nothing, and the bit in the middles not much cop either
Reading fan in peace. McDermotts strength was in finding players with potential from the lower leagues and Ireland. We had a few flops but quite a few successes. In his last transfer window with us it was rumoured that he was given quite a bit of money to spend, and that seemed to faze him. Although, now, there are some doubts if he was actually given as much as we were led to believe. We're not as rich as some people think. McDermott is a good manager, and a nice bloke, but whether he has the nous to get Leeds where they want to be is debatable.
Mighty, I just wonder whether the Millwall Curse will strike again, and McDermott gets his P45 ???????????? just wondering
Well it seems to be more important to people like you and this jock guy that McDermott stays in a job than the club getting good results and improving.
What has he done to deserve a chance? Grayson got three years and never got any better. You don't make the mistakes he's made if you're a top manager or even an average manager. It's best to get rid now before this bizarre man does any more damage.
For those interested in my opinions, I think we have the right manager, but the wrong board, neither of which can work together. For BMcD to be successful he needs to stop bringing in players who have failed in the higher leagues, and instead look at the future of the club, without the fear of sale. This is a poor Leeds squad, we all knew that, but we have a manager who can inspire more from average players, sadly the board can not simply back him, due to their own agenda.

Why the **** do you keep going on about Grayson? do you think Millwall should have sacked Lomas after the Derby debacle?
