the amount of crap he's had to put up with since he became our manager is unbelievable, people saying he's not up to the job, you should tell Fergie that then, he thinks that our manager is up to it and will cope with the pressure of being Manchester United manager, i'll admit, i didn't want him at first but he's proved me wrong and he's got my support, i'm delighted for him, he deserved that result last night, we've been playing well ( apart from sunday of course ) but on the whole, the future bright at United.
It's too soon to say anything negative/positive about any of the new managers, this is the worst part of the season by miles. I know how many points we are on but I genuinely couldn't tell you the current top four by heart.
and it's too early to give a ****. I tend to pay attention to the table after the next international break.
Nobody has really pulled away. Despite Man U losing 2/5 so far, they are still only 5 points from the top having played much harder games, that can change at the click of a few fingers and probably will. 5 games in and 19/20 sides have all lost a match.
I think xmas time will be more clear, UTD have has a hard start, so "on paper" should gain a few points now
I reckon twelve to fifteen games is a fairer indication of how things will pan out. If it wasn't for the manic desperation to be top four I would happily see him experiment away this year but his pressure is the top four holy grail. Otherwise, I would oust Vidic and Ferdinand as of now and go with Jones and Evans or alternatively Smalling and Evans. Giggs would never play another game and the three man midfield would be Fellaini/Carrick/Kagawa with the option of using Jones IF he is not being used at centre half (my prefered option). Plenty options up front to work with for now. Then Moyes gets to buy the 'two or three' players he says he wants and we finish top six and go for it again next year, having got rid of the likes of Young and Anderson and got back up/replacement for Evra. I personally would accept that, no problem. This obsession with champions league football though means he has to finish top four so is likely to be far more cautious.
