sounds like he could be a decent option. Mourinho said that FC Basel never play with two lines of four but then came to Chelsea and played that way so this bloke sets his teams out depending on the opposition and obv. it worked as they won the game and that is good to know that tactically his is flexible and not stubborn. rather this bloke who has worked his way up (even though in the Swiss league) who got them to a europa league semi final last year also Cabral will like this
How does he do on Football Manager? http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/gus-poyet-sunderlands-worst-choice-2306465 Must be a typical day at the Mirror with nowt else to do except play footy games on the computer. They simulated this season with different managers for SAFC and here's the result: Poyet - finish 16th Zola - finish 14th Di Matteo - finish 14th The boss must have come back early and gave them a bollocking as that's as far as they got with the list of candidates. I'd take any of those right now
Like some posters have said Bally is a legend, is my favourite player ever for SAFC, but hasnt got the experience req'd. If we did appoint him ( I don't think we will) would we as fans except he may take us down. Would we still back him to bring us back up or would we do what we have been doing for a while with other managers now and turn against him? I hope he gets the job in a few years time after gaining experience from an established manager.
