er... I did get behind them... what was your excuse for not turning up.... 400 of their supporters managed the trip from Huddersfield.
Ok but very nervous. Had a chance to drive forward with the ball two on two with Gedo but tried to play it on for Gedo with an impossible pass.
My excuse for not turning up? -Horrific hangover -Lack of money -No transport, confounded by lack of money Happy? I still watched the ****ing match on tigers player you prat. I have been to every other City game so far this season apart from Chelski, so I do get behind the team pretty bloody often.
They actually announced it as 905, so if only 6100 Hull City fans turned up thats a disgrace. No reason not to come tonight, you support the team, not just the team in the Premier League. I also thought Henderson looked nervous and never really got a handle on the pace of the game.
Agreed that's even worse but people need to get behind the team when they turn up. Exactly this. Gave it away a few times and was far too quick to play that ball for Gedo which was never going to come off. He should have gone forward and kept the ball. It was late on and keeping the ball was the priority.
good to hear about gedo playing eventhought it is too early to judge him since he didn't even train untill recently with the team
Thought Gedo looked like his old self when he came on, chasing down and getting stuck in. Almost got a goal too if he'd just timed his jump a little better off that Faye header.
My quick review of the players. Harper- didn't have anything to do, a few high balls that was bread & butter for him, I think he only had one actual save to make where he hit the floor. Rosenior- brilliant going forward, his one touch stuff was good, defensively tackled well, RB on Saturday for me if Fig's is back. Dudgeon- ran a lot, got forward, tackled back, similar to Rosie. Faye- absolute rock, won everything in the first half only problems was when we sat back after scoring. Bruce- tackled well, looked comfortable, never looked out of place, would start Faye on Sat but have AB on the bench. Boyd- started off brilliantly, running the right wing in the first half, but as the game went on kept cutting inside & didn't have the same effect. Sagbo- didn't really do much, played out of position, did what was asked of him, certainly no reason for him to start on Sat. Meyler- a lot of link up play, covered for Rosie when he was forward, won necessary tackles, good passes, one of the best tonight. Quinn- everything went through him, passing brilliantly, too much passing instead if delivering the killer ball but can't fault him, certainly good enough to start on Sat. Fryatt- started off poor, didn't look interested, got into the game more in the first half, unlucky not to score. I think though that he won't be here much longer. Proschwitz- took his goal very well & when the open goal was calling I expected him to bury it. Apart from that he had some good knock downs, but for me he was playing too deep, should have switched with Fryatt as he doesn't have the skill to play deep & set things up. Subs. Gedo- did nothing, just a run out for him to get his fitness up. Henderson- looked like a rabbit in the headlights, can only improve, didn't really do anything wrong.
