Cambridge Utd V Ipswich Town - Pre Season Friendly Match

I'm looking forward to watching Ipswich play at my local ground in Cambridge. Are there anyother local posters who are going up to the Abbey? Tuesday 19th July 7:45pm kick off. Should be an interesting game and a good run out for our lads. My mate who's a Cambridge fan reckons there will be a crowd of about 5,000 so should be a good atmosphere. £14 for adults half price for children. The last time I went to what was the Abbey Stadium in Cambridge was for the 1-1 draw back in 1992 then in the old 2nd Division! Neil Thomspon scored for us that day I think!

So if your local to Cambridge why not come down and support the Blues!

It was great last year when they went to Histon as a late replacement. At least that night we were treated to some goals.
