I'm not worried about the Sunderland match. There is no way in this world that a new or temporary manager can sort out that side before we play them. It is up to us to undertake the job professionally and collect 3 points.
This. Can't believe some of the pessimism on this thread. Sunderland are ****ed, Di Canio or not. We should hammer them, especially with Suarez back.
So basically they won't have anyone training the players this week? Sounds like a real f'd up situation.
We just can't play in loud stadiums for some reason, and I think the crowd will be behind their team & new manager (if they get one by then) Plus they have Altidore who is exactly the type of striker that seems to thrive against us. A powerful unit with a poor goalscoring record who suddenly turns into Alan Shearer when playing against us.
Fletcher has broken his collarbone, Jozy is now our 1st choice striker for the foreseeable future. What more could he ask for than to be top striker at a premiership club in a world cup year.
Selling Mignolet ! and Sess did it for me, our club is a laughing stock never been ran properly for 60 years.
di canio just made what 2mil? 3? how long was his contract? frankly one managerial job in the prem and you should be set for life really even if you were not a big player who made lots of cahs. rodgers must be set for life already.
Paolo's back room staff have gone. All the Italians basicly. moreinjuredthanowen. He'd signed a two and a bit year contract.
Fair enough. Just seen talk of RDM coming in with suggestions that there is an italian team there already
