Anyone thing this might impact on Graham? One way or the other? May we get him for the League Cup, or alternatively see him going back in January?
New manager might rate him like Bruce and think they can get goals out of him? Hope not though, rate him and like him here, but just a thought that crossed my mind.
I think a new manager would try to get the best out of Altidore first. It is always possible that a new one would want Graham back but on current form I doubt it. Not that one couldnt like Graham just that it aught to be easier to get a guy going who is already there. If they cant get Altidore scoring then they are in real trouble and I doubt Graham will help their cause. If you get Altidore the ball in the box in good positions he tends to score. He has trouble being the man who has to make it all happen. Altidore with Donovan/Bradley is a million times better than Altidore without Donovan/Bradley. I dont pay attention to Sunderland enough to know if they have that type of creative midfielder with them.
Very stupid of Sunderland in my opinion. They were going to be relegated last season if they did not bring someone in who could light a fire under their players arses and get a few last good performances out of them in order to stay up. Step forward PDC.. He was perfect for the short term but the worst for the long term.. Their mistake was getting him on a long contract without any clauses and more importantly allowing him to bring in so many new players and build his own team. But if you think about it... Surviving last season is all they wanted really, I dont think they ever wanted PDC as manager which is why he's been sacked after only 5 games this season. The problem now is bringing someone in who can work with the players PDC brought in and gel them into a good team...
Please take Steve Bruce. Please. On the other hand, I nearly stuck a wedge on him next to leave at 5/6 yesterday morning, but I thought it may take another couple of weeks yet and I didn't want my cash tied up that long... Silly me
Who tried? If you're on about the bloke talking about Pardew being sacked then i acknowledged i miss read his comments.
I bet you he will. I can see him at Wendies - fan unrest there, they loved Di Canio. It's a marriage made in heaven.
Bad news this, the longer the baffoon stayed in charge the more it was nailed on the Mackems were getting one of the relegation spots, and giving us 6 points in the process.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...nt-be-missed-at-Sunderland.html#disqus_thread I'd forgotten what a clueless turd Henry Winter was.
