Despite our fantastic win I'm still thoroughly pi**ed off as I've watched the tv channels after the match swapping between them and they all treat us with total irrelevance, the main talking point seemed to be Di Canio going across to the Sunderland supporters after the match. And when we do get mentioned its only very briefly and what was said on Sky, the Newcastle players thought oh its only Hull so didn't treat it seriously enough as it was a nailed on 3 points for them, in other words Hull won but not against the proper Newcastle.
That's because everyone has learnt not to take Erik's posts seriously. He's just here for our entertainment. But for the record...
Bit random, but I just went on the Premier League Fantasy Football, and Brady is the second highest scoring midfielder. Got me 10 pts today Aluko got me 9
Tiger Player will have it. NBC has a full replay online but I dont think you can get to it with your ip address.
Extract taken from The Northern Echo who hold the copyright. JOE KINNEAR was in the stands at St James' Park to see Newcastle United's promising start to the Premier League season halted by Hull City. The Tigers came from behind twice before grabbing a winner through Sone Aluko's brilliant volley with 14 minutes remaining as director of football Kinnear sat alongside club owner Mike Ashley in the Milburn Stand. It was the first time Kinnear had been to a Magpies game since his appointment in the summer and it had looked as if he would see a third successive Newcastle win after a Loic Remy double for Alan Pardew's men. Yes - don't you just hate fans who think they alone can have such an influence on teams or players? Just take this guy, for instance...
Thompson's view on the game on Sky http://www1.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/8934650/thompson:-hull-deserved-their-win
What's wrong with that? Ben Arfa is a better player, even if he was ****e today. I also said Aluko was good but had room for improvement. I think that's fair.
Good summary of the game, I wish Aluko's left foot was his weaker one though, would have made the goal even more special!
Stupidest post of the day goes to................ That takes some doing with silly **** patty spewing ****
