That's Dai, he was the same with Graham and Scotland, though he really had a thing about Scotland being Lazy, before he started scoring!........<laugh>

Bony showed his worth in that 10th minute when he bustled past that defender and was away. The defender took one for the team and brought him down and got the red card. It's been a long time since we have had a true centre forward that can do that, one that can hustle and bustle in front of the goal and cause problems. Day off today so got to watch the game live. Pre game. the pundits here in the US were saying Swans had no chance. Valencia would top the table. Half time they were saying even with 10 men Valencia could still come back into the game. End of the game they were eating their words and admitted it was a clinical execution of one of the top teams in Europe and they couldn't praise Swansea enough.
Am I expecting the Swans to win the Europa Cup? No. Get into the knockout stages after todays game? Yes, and hopefully some great home and away games for you Jack Swan fans there, I am so jealous you get to go to these games, and that Europa Cup? Well you never know, you really don't.
One thing is for sure, they all played a magnificent game today and so hard to pick a man of the match, they all played so well.

It's been very noticeable the last couple of games that his touch has improved immeasurably. That comes with match sharpness and experience of the teams style. Last night almost everything that went to him stuck or got moved away quickly and accurately. He's still a bit flat footed at times, but that will come too.

Bony to score 20+ this season.

Bony still seems to have trouble getting the ball under control when it comes to him at pace and I'm not sure why. Perhaps this has been recognised and he'll work on it.

But his one-touch layoffs are excellent, and I've said before there is nobody better in the team at holding up the ball with his back to goal. Nobody else comes close. He clearly has an eye for goal and will score some belters this season.

Dai - keep your head down. <laugh>
