If anybody has Nuts mobile number, please could they PM it to me, thanks. Nuts, if you read this, we need to have a chat.

We need to get the ball rolling on looking at accommodation alternatives.

We have some interest from the facebook page too.

He's actually Nuts uncle but by old man.
He's on holiday (again) at the moment so I will mention it to him when he is back - if Nuts and "CSI Graigue" were gonna be around for a couple of days and there was a promise of 36 holes of golf either side of Saturday I think it might whet his appetite to come home.

Excuse me for interrupting Inky and string.

I think you are talking about two different Jim's.

String is talking about his Father Jim & Nuts's uncle.

Inky is talking about a bloke called Jim from Dublin who posts on Indy R's.

    That's my perception.

No mate, I thought you were talking about Nuts' uncle who came to the C&S to meet up with Nuts last Saturday, which is my dad, who I can confidently state has never been on an internet forum of any kind in his life and has only started going back to QPR this season as a season ticket holder for the first time since the 1980s. Sorry for any confusion.

Just a brief update, we are definitely going ahead with the meet up in Graiguenamanagh, Co. Kilkenny.

We have a fair degree of interest from within Ireland and a bit from UK based R's. I know two London R's who have already booked flights so we are committed to making this happen.

Nuts is currently talking to the hotel about rooms and rates and will come back to us with details in due course.

So, I would suggest anybody from here who wishes to attend should go ahead and book their flights. Once your flight is booked, PM me the details and we will arrange pick ups from the airport to Graiguenamanagh.

If anybody is staying in Dublin on the Friday or Sunday night and they are on a budget, Travelodge have rooms available from 27 euros on a room only basis www.travelodge.ie. Most of the major hotel companies have hotels in Dublin. If you need advice on where to stay, just PM me too.

Just to reiterate, everybody is welcome to attend. We will do our utmost to make you all feel welcome.
