    Don't want to speculate on our left back situation but would we really go for a 22 year old, unproven left back to replace Enrique??? Could point to something a bit more promising on the Enrique contract offer??? Fingers crossed.

    We need LB cover, so even if Enrique stays, he'd be a good signing.

    Agreed. Couple of posts on the Swansea board about this and they hope he stays so must be a decent player.

    It doesn't look like there is a release clause as the Swansea chairman has said they've had other clubs interested and that they haven't accepted or rejected our offer. If he had a release clause Swansea wouldn't have a say

    This can only be a good thing. Hes a good solid player for the future. A bit like Simpson but in my opinion better. Enrique situation is still an issue but if he does go we have cover if we sign Taylor. But ofc he will be called Naylor wont he....

    We have said all season we needed left back cover but what about Tamas Kadar or is he primed for CB duty. He should be coming good in the next season or two!

    If he is just cover for Jose, or even if he turns out to be a Tiotesque signing, I will be happy. We do still need a striker and I still really want Gervinho.
