I don't see the problem the front 3 will be Coutinho Studge Suarez yes Moses for Coutinho if he is playing the 10 Role and then Henderson steps out. There are losts of good options but the first 3 I mentioned is the best option for me what defence will want to play against that?

I don't see why Moses should go straight into the squad. Of course he's an improvement on Downing, Ibe, Sterling and Aspas but we can't just play him because we have him. Personally I'd have a trio of Lucas, Gerrard and Hendo (who is the first name on the team sheet for me lately) with Coutinho in the 10 ahead of them. That leaves two strikers in Suarez and Sturridge. The three front players will run up and around the pitch wherever they see fit. Aka total creativity in the final third. Henderson can run up too. However behind that we should have some structural rigidity and not overlap. Too many times I've seen Skrtel or Agger somehow ahead of Lucas. Then in the final half hour we have some decent players to come on in Moses and Aspas.

    I dont like diamond midfielders.

You say why should he just because we have him. But also, why shouldnt he be in the squad.

Moses gives us pace and the option of width in attack. He can go around the outside and cross as well as inside and shoot. He makes us more flexible, versatile and less predictable which will help us break down defenses and score more goals.

He is also our second leader scorer in the league!

Moses gives us pace but also power going forward, something none of the other forward players have (Ibe, Sterling, Aspas, Coutinho). This is what makes him a different and good option.

Coutinho has been a bit off the boil this season, don't know if that's because teams are marking him out to be the main man this season and giving him less room, hopefully as someone else has said, when Suarez comes back, teams will have a decision to make as to whether to double up on Suarez or Coutinho who are the most creative and this should leave the other with more space to work in.

I'm not sure that Counts is integral to how we play, last night it was more a case of he came off and Aspas arrived with Teflon on his boots.
Before he went off i don't think he was fantastic, but aspas was diabolical.

We have many options for the front 4, with Suarez, Counts and hendo all able to play across the front. I would suggest aspas may haveto have a blow though.

Last season, Suarez gave Coutinho plenty of space to find a killer ball by making runs and generally being a nuisance. This season he doesn't have that freedom an it shows.

Because who would he dislodge from the team? Not Suarez. Not Sturridge. Probably not Coutinho. Its gonna be Henderson if all 4 have to play. And that to me is wrong, that a player who is playing great like Henderson should be dropped for someone in on loan. In the end he's a fantastic player and will be great, but he's going to go back to Chelsea (unless he wants to stay).

Now if BR decides that Moses is a better suited player for a certain opponent, that's his call. We need different tactics for different games. I'm just saying our starting 11 should on current form include Hendo, Coutinho, Lucas, Gerrard, Suarez and Sturridge.

  11. I understand what you are saying and I agree it would be **** to drop Henderson considering his form, not to mention the balance he brings to the team. However, I couldn't give a **** if Moses is only on loan or not, its the team that matters and if playing Moses instead of Henderson will get us results than that is what we should do.

Personally, I'd leave Moses on the bench and use him as an impact player.

Moses is a good player and has already made an instant impact on his debut. He's a better option to have on the wing so I would start him.

Wouldn't drop Hendo which means I rather he was shifted to a more central position ...

In addition, with Coutinho out, would be nice to have seen Suso in a number 10 role <ok>

Coutinho wasn't brilliant last night but he links the midfield and attack superbly - quick one touch passing and linked well with Moses and Sturridge. No coincidence that our attack faltered once he came off.

    Suso is out on loan.

Suso struggled physically last season so I dont think he is ready for the number 10 role in the PL.

He is doing well on loan though.
