OK I'm sure there will be loads of debate but I think the defence as long as Luke is fit picks itself. It's in the middle and up front there is scope for change imo.

    My starter for 10 is

    Boruc

    Clyne Lovren Fonte Shaw

    Victor Cork

    JWP Morgan Rickie

    Osvaldo

Subs KD, Chambers, Maya, Jrod, Adam, Gaston, Guly.

Just think we need a bit of muscle in midfield for this one!

Your team lamb, is an open invitation for Liverpool to attack us down the flanks.

Same team as last time, but Gaston in for Rodriguez.

Don't agree. Liverpool play through the middle with quick passing moves. Not much width. We need to win midfield.

I'm with Dan here, Gaston in for Rodriguez and that's it.

What does worry me a bit is our lack of goals and alternatives. We havent got a lot of options up front other than the three who started yesterday. Unless you count Guly and Lee neither of who are prolific.

I wouldn't change the team, maybe gaston in for J-rod but he didn't do badly and his pace is handy.

We deserved to beat spam, they are defensively good and their goalkeeper played very well. On another day etc we would have won.

    Boruc
    Clyne Fonte Lovren Shaw
    Wanyama Schneiderlin
    Lallana Davis Rodriguez
    Osvaldo

Another option I'd be happy with is Cork instead of Davis. Then swap him and Schneiderlin around.

I would drop both Rodriguez and Lallana but we have not option to replce them both. i.e. Puncheon.

Would drop Rodriguez for Gaston. Might even consider Guly for Lallana.

If Wanyama plays like first half he would be out with Cork coming in. If like second half maybe keep him

OK I am making a change, gaston in for J-Rod..... but rod to come on @ 60m

    ---------------------Boruc-----------------------
    Clyne--------Fonte--------Lovren---------Shaw
    -----------Schneiderlin---Wanyama------------
    ----Osvaldo--------Gaston---------Lallana------
    -----------------SRL-----------------------------

Top 4 to interchange as usual.

Bench- Davis, Chambers, hoiveld, Cork/Davis, Guly, J-Rod, JWP.

I would drop the whole team and play the reserves.

Gaston must surely be near enough fit to start this one. I want him in.

Interesting that a lot of people are dropping Jayrod. I've just re-watched the game (on fast forward) and JayRod set up some of our best chances. He made some wrong decisions and his touch at times was a little off, but I'm not so sure he deserves dropping.

Very interesting considering we are away at Anfield next. Good luck countering or getting anything going without Rodriguez in the side if Liverpool get on top and start dominating. He is our only attacker with any sort of pace.

If you watch the replay even more astutely you will notice he made some important defensive headers too!

I like JRod as well...he adds excitement to the side. I'm sure he will be involved in quite a few goals by the end of the season.

    Clyne. Fonte. Lovren. Shaw.
    Cork. Morgan.
    JWP. Gaston. Lallana.
    Osvaldo.

At least with this team we will be playing our best players. In the positions they prefer & may have a chance of performing better.
