I thought the 2nd was brilliant. With Tuco? They're all good imo. Can't wait for the next ep to be released on Netflix.
Anyone watched 'Worlds End'...? Synopsis: 20 years after attempting an epic pub crawl, five childhood friends reunite when one of them becomes hell bent on trying the drinking marathon again. They are convinced to stage an encore by mate Gary King, a 40-year old man trapped at the cigarette end of his teens, who drags his reluctant pals to their home town and once again attempts to reach the fabled pub, The World's End. As they attempt to reconcile the past and present, they realize the real struggle is for the future, not just theirs but humankind's. Reaching The World's End is the least of their worries.
Seems like so long since we played. The international breaks are killing the momentum of the Premiership thus far. It hasn't got going.
Just no time to catch up with Boardwalk. By the time I actually have time, all the fall shows will be back on.
I've watched both episodes of the new run and to be honest I'm sitting there wondering why I'm bothering. It's ok tv, but there's no urgency to it and seems to be running out of steam. Some of the characters are cool like Harrow and Van Alden and it's nice how it moves along and brings in new ones like the Trinidadian Dr in the last ep. Just not very invested in the plot I guess.
Finally just watched The Dark Knight; although very long, quality film. Can't wait to watch The Dark Knight Rises now
The 5 Year Engagement and The Big Wedding both good to watch with the girlfriend/wife both would be considered Rom Coms but have better writing and are both funny. World War Z is ok-ish.
