Got stressed and reached for a packet of cigars thinking they will be ok and just started again. Crazy but that's how it happened. Wife's the same but she gave up for 8 years. Her knee was hurting so much that the 5 minutes having a cigerette took her mind off it and just happened. We will be giving up soon I hope.
Keep trying mate you will do it eventually. Best days work I ever did, 20 years ago.! I do know how hard it is.. but 3 years...!!
Longest I've managed is 4 months Wife gave up 15 years ago. I'm an old dad so need to give up soonish.
I haven't smoked for 65 years, was told it stunts your growth.......I'am all of 5 foot 4 inches, so don't believe in that old wife's tale, pleased I never did smoke though!
I smoked heavily for over 30 years and gave it up nearly 7 years ago. I drink much more because of it but you cant have everything !
