Has anyone on here had the unenviable experience of buying tickets online to print off at home.? I just tried it what a nonsense. I tried logging in and it wont recognise my password. ok I may have it wrong..(I'm sure I haven't.!) so send my password to my email address (still waiting 1 hour later, -- its not coming is it?) Ok lets register again. no cant do that as the system already recognises my e mail address as being in use.! I despair, Im trying to spend £42 with the club and they are making it very difficult..
Don't start me on this banksy - had a F****** nightmare trying to get Sag tickets. I'm an I T Dinosaur but try clicking on 'Reservations' at the top of the page. Sorry if this doesn't make sense.
Ha, I kid you not I just went back to my email and I received my password reminder 14 times all at 16.17pm..
The administration at BCFC is, to coin a phrase, not fit for purpose. After the ticket fiasco with Bradford I'd hoped they would have improved. Alas it became worse for the Rovers match. After the match I had emailed apologies from 3 different employees at City. If they had to deal with customer/clients in the real world they'd be totally f****d.
I have the tickets now, I await to see if they will actually work at the gate tomorrow. 3 hours to do a simple 3 stage online operation.. it would be quite good if it worked..
I tried it once but as I was low on ink one of the colours forgot which one now the person I got the tickets for had to take them to the ticket office to get them verified before they could get into the ground. I had to do it as she was taking her son as a surprise 6th birthday pressie and she does not have a computer and reckons she wouldn't know how to turn one on if she did
I have used the on-line service once......that was enough tbh! Incorrect passwords (NOT!), in valid E-mail addy (NOT!)....it was balls from start to finish. I book mine over the phone now or pay on the day when its available.
This new system is designed to save you a £1 so stop being ungrateful and get on with it, what's an hour or two lost in your life's to save yourself one whole English pound.
£21 online but no queueing for 3 hours.. We'll see. I have spoken to a few people who have printed tickets and they all had issues getting in..
No it's ok that part mate, was a shambles before the gas game but I had no issues using them then, the scanners played up but they just read them and let me in.
Mine or my mates didn't! I handed them in at the Dolman turnstile to a cursory glance to be waved through. No attempt at any scanning? I wonder how many people are buying one ticket and printing off several copies? its been going on for weeks apparently..
