Should we really be using images of other clubs players? I'm not sure what to think of the likes of Myhill and Turner whilst they are still playing...in the same league as us!

Many of theses fans are also fans of football. The same person can drink himself into a stuper whilst watching cricket / rugby etc yet he is deemed a potential drunken hooligan if he were to have even a single pint whilst watching football. Very strange.

I wouldn't like it if you could take beer to your seats, everyone would leave drenched in beer from clumsy bastards spilling it everywhere on their way to the seat.

Maybe that's why is allowed at other sports, because hardly any ****er bothers to watch them and they have a whole row to themselves.

That's weird, I've attended several (actually 15) 6 Nations games at Twickers, Paris, Murrayfield, Millennium Stadium/Cardiff Arms Park & Lansdowne Road etc and in every case there was not one seat left empty in the whole stadium, drink was allowed and there were no problems. Odd that!

Still, given that most football grounds are fully seated and full of stewards/cameras etc, it is bloody stupid that one can't enjoy a beer whilst watching a game. And at the KC, at the very least, in the East Stand it should be allowed!

It's a hang-over from the days when football was seen as being a working class sport, whilst those watching (and playing) cricket and rugby (union anyway) were cut from a better cloth......

The ones on their Twitter show Clive Sullivan, Danny Houghton and Gareth Ellis - so 2 current players. Are the City ones all former players?

Are you questioning why they are there or why they aren't there, I've seen the pics of Ash & Billy.

Outside of that I like the idea, are there only so many & the same ones in different parts of the ground, or are they different all round the ground?

Seems to be. Although the Andy Dawson one is irritating. That was never his song when he played for us. Someone just invented it for his testimonial and it's ****.

Great to see someone at the club attempting to improve the stadium.

Looks like the trip to the Etihad wasn't in vain.
