Not according to this article reported on the BBC today. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24012939 or this one http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-23723537. We are 5th cheapest.
Hull City's most expensive season ticket is £490 Grimsby Town's most expensive season ticket is £500!! Ridiculous
It's a bit of a fiddle, as the £500 at Grimsby will be a corporate seat and most clubs haven't included these, my season tickets at City cost £1,080 each.
No box, no access to the players lounge, it's just for the seat, car park space and members bar(though there are some players in the members bar occasionally).
No riff raff in the players lounge I'm afraid. Once in a while you see the odd 'undesirable' in there which beggars the question; How on earth did they get in there?
I've got no room to talk really, I'm in general population this season but expect to blag the odd game mixing it with the WAGS. I'm sure they're all wondering where I've gone.
A cup of tea @ Manchester Utd used to cost £2.50 now it has been reduced to £1.80 and for what ? A tea bag, a drop of milk and 4 inches of hot water.
According to that article the cheapest ticket at Man Citeh is £20. How is it justifiable, then, that I was quoted over £40 for myself and £25 for my 11 year old son to go to the game at Eastlands? It's the differential between home fans and the away fans pricing that the Premier League should sort out.
