No not at all, we needed to strengthen after shifting so many players. In the championship you need as many players as possible, it's a long old slog. What I meant was, I think Niko and Carroll need to earn their place first. Henry, while unspectacular, has that same gift that Shaun Derry posses of just being in the right place at the right time. He does get caught out occasionally but on the whole he's been very solid.

I just think that at the moment, while the team is winning we should just leave it as it is and wait till we are losing and need to make changes first.

I'd agree if we were winning easily, but every game so far has been 51% v 49%. We've just about deserved the points, but a couple of those wins could easily have been draws. Tricky stuff for Harold, particularly if he is going to change the shape of the team - he might just have to make the changes and stick with it a bit until it (apologies) gels.

We have had very little attacking threat to date, and the signings of Carroll and Krancjar are designed to remedy this. I expect at least one of these to come into the side immediately in a 4231 formation. Henry has performed ok so far based on low expectations and he may keep his place as one of the two holding players, but I would prefer to see two from Barton, Faurlin and Jenas occupy these positions as they are better players.

I'd say at the moment it doesn't really matter how we win, we're winning! It would be lovely to score 5 every game, but I'd take 1 goal in the 90th minute scored off their keepers arse. At the moment the only thing that matters is momentum. We've got quiet an easy month coming up, so maybe now is that time to ease them in, but it's equally important to target maximum points this month, cause I think if we do get maximum points we could have already eased away from the pack, then I think would be a better time to start changing things.

Yeah.......I get where you're coming from.
However, I think BAE will come straight in to LB and one of Krancjar or Carroll will come straight into midfield. I too would like to see a change to 4-2-3-1 and I think that's what Harry will do.

You think he'll drop Clint?! Or move him to CB and drop Dunne?

I think he'll drop Clint if they're all fit.

Not sure Ekoto has played much recently so think he may be on bench. Defence has kept 3 clean sheets so can't see it being changed. Same with Krancjar.
A chance to rotate with Brighton game following in a few days

I don't see how Harry can drop our match winner and a lot of people's choice for MOM! Unless Birmingham have got an especially quick player on their wide right, I think Clint ought to start at least at LB, and keep our back 4 unchanged until there is a clear need, or we have got the game pretty safe. Otherwise Clint has been doing so well getting forward perhaps Harry should try him at left wing, haha! I'd prefer Clint at CB to Dunne myself, but wouldn't want to make so many changes.

I can see both sides of the argument. Should be interesting to see what Harry does!

TBH Os, I think Clint has done well going forward, but he has got caught out a few times when defending.
Like Col said, we've only just been winning & in reality we probaly should have conceded a few more goals. Its only the standard of the league that has helped us. Whilst we controlled a lot of games I think we've been bit lucky at the back on certain occaisions.
Im not critcising the players or team, just pointing out that some glaring misses from Beckford and others have possibly made us look better than we are.
Personally I'd put our ne LB in and prob Krank at CM. Dont think Ali gonna get much game time as Harry doesnt appear to be a fan.
2 changes wouldnt be so bad even if Krank came on from the bench in the next game.
As for the Clint Hill v Dunne competition, Id go with Dunne every time. I like Clint but Dunne is just a better player <ok>
