http://www.london24.com/sport/chelsea/coach_claims_liverpool_will_win_the_league_after_signing_chelsea_man_1_2372171 I want some of what he's been smoking. I know Moses has some cool powers, like parting the waves and stuff, but us win the PL? C'mon.
Nigeria coach Stephen Keshi believes that Liverpool will win the league after signing Victor Moses on loan. The forward joined the Reds, who currently top the Premier League, on transfer deadline day and could make his debut at Swansea on September 16. “I am happy with this because Liverpool is a club I like very much,” Keshi told supersport.com. “The arrival of Moses means Liverpool will win the championship because he is a very good player who will boost the side.”

I actually think he was what we needed in the window to give us a chance!(at CL). We will have to see if he's a studge or a stewie.
I see no doubt that Moses is a fantastic addition. But if any thing wins us the league it will be the Suarez and Sturridge combo.
Let's see how things develop. I should imagine that he's looking forward to the prospect of playing. Brendan has another option on his bench. We, as fans, appear to not have gone over-board about him so we can be presently surprised if he delivers or not too upset if he doesn't! At least we can hope he'll be better than Downing!
Well, that is that then I guess. May as well crown us champions and let all the other losers fight it out for the rest of the season.
Off the bench? I'm not so sure of that. Rodgers said he wanted a wide man to allow Coutinho to play central. He has now hinted that Suarez will play wide. Sturridge will be the main striker. That leaves Aspas, Henderson and Moses. Personally I'd be concerned that playing both Aspas and Suarez on the wings could be a bit one dimensional as they both do a similar thing. Though Suarez does it better and with more style and flair. Henderson offers the energy and link up with midfield. Moses offers the option of width. Moses can go around the outside or bend his run inside. Moses will add a bit extra with that. Wheether it will be Henderson or Moses I guess will depend on the opposition, situation and form.
Yes I can well see Moses operating off the bench. When Kenny first started buying players it looked like he was going to try and use a full squad approach. Differing sides for different opponents, changing personnel during the game to influence the strategy etc. With this Summer's purchases I can see Rodgers following exactly the same route.
