Rumour Mill/Wishlist Thread

One to cross off the list. Bolaise (who some fans who went to Plymouth raved about) has left them to join Bristol City.

 

While watching the U21 yesterday, I was really impressed with Henri Lansbury (Arsenal), his work rate & determination to win the ball was fantasic & not afraid to have a shot. Wouldnt mind him on loan for season, but then I think we have a very strong commanding midfield with the likes of Deano, Chaplow, Spider and if we did sign Cork then he wouldnt be need. But hey this is a rumour/wishlist thread.

Also impressed by Tom Clevely from United.

 

To be honest, I think Saints U16's would have comfortably beaten that Norway U21 side.

 

I have heard a rumour that Jim magilton has been sacked by Ipswich - can anyone confirm this?

 

Agreed and henderson as well, lansbury was at norwich last season so will probably be loaned out to a mid-lower table prem team this year sadly, And cleverly was at wigan same probably applys, obviously hendersons not going anywhere!

 

Wishlist: Miroslav Klose sounds like he's available.

I know he'd never want to play in the Championship...unless we paid him a whole lot of pounds, yes? Maybe?

 

Jim Magilton has indeed just been sacked. I saw him in the Saints megastore, he told me he is about to replace Adkins who is said to be out of favour after finishing a disappointing second to Brighton.

 

Was our Jim buying his match day tracksuit ready for the new season?

 

He was commissioning a red and white striped suit and top hat. Looked a bit over the top to me, but at least he showing interest unlike Adkins. I never once saw him in Red and White.

 

Another day, another nuffin...when will we ever learn.

I was shunned on the welcome front too! Still, I see I have progressed to Senior Member and I assume this is because all my posts have been those of a blithering old fool having too many senior moments
