Stephen Dobbie has been omitted from the Crystal palace 25 man squad, seems he is cursed never to have a decent crack at the Premier League. Started in the opening league fixture against Spurs but has been on the bench since. Bit of a strange one this considering Holloway only signed him on a permanent deal over the summer. Also noticed that drunken twat Darcy Blake hasn't made the squad as well, what a wasted talent. Remember watching him against England in 2011, marked Rooney out of the game.
Dobbie is really the "nearly"man , good enough to get a side up to the PL but not quite there to play himself .I wonder if there's a record for this sort of thing .
Why the hell would Hollaway buy him again, then to leave him out of his squad. Can't fathom that one out.
This is a big shame, and I do feel for Dobbie, but this is strange one because Holloway has always favoured and supported Dobbie, so cannot understand what could have started this, shame indeed. as for Darcy Blake, I really rated this lad for Wales, he played some great games under Speed, shame his off field issues have clouded his judgement, needs to drop the bottle!..........................
