I think the fault with Ji's Substitution lies with the fans not Paolo. But I think he should tone his interviews regarding player fault down a bit so I'll go yes then.
Not sure about this confidence shattering sub of Ji, hasnt Morinho taken off 2 players before half time because it just wasnt working, or they were ****e (on the day), He just isnt scared to make an early sub, and he is a genius (it usually works though).
What exactly is he going to tone down? Telling the truth about a poor display, saying it how it is or how we all feel like after a **** game. I'm sorry lads but if the players have issues with his management style then they should knuckle down or just **** right off. For too long we've just bimbled along with average to poor players being told they are great.
I voted no. O`Shea dropped a bollock. Apologised. PDC said that`s all very fine but next time don`t drop the bollock. Nothing wrong with that imo. Ji had a shocker 1st half. PDC gave him a 2nd chance by leaving him on for the 2nd half. He cocked up again early and was subbed. If he`d improved he would have been on longer, but in PDC`s judgment he didn`t. Bardsley went public first remember. PDC reacted to it and fined him. That could have been the end of it but the daft bastard did it again. Now he expects an apology to make evrything hunky-dory again?. Well, for me, it doesn`t. PDC`s command of English is bound to be misinterpreted or misunderstood (deliberately by the media waiting to pounce), but that`s the way the bloke is and it`s fine by me. Most of the time he is saying what I think anyway.
Madness. It is not the team he wants and he isn`t under pressure. The squad is still incomplete. Typical media claptrap.
How does it lies with the fans like? it's PDC fault for not substitution Ji at half time in the MK Dons game. picking Ji again against Palace made PDC look like a mug.
Had the fans applauded Ji's effort, or even did nothing then there would be no situation But the ironic cheers were unnecessary and were only ever going to knock his confidence I find it funny that fans keeping knocking PDC for subbing him but maybe he thought the supporters would actually be supportive
Why should we applauded Ji's effort for? the man stunk the ****ing place out. if PDC had any clue he should of sub him at half time.
Absolutely agree, the boos on the radio made me sick, on our match thread everyone agreed (or at least nobody said keep him on) so i would imagine the majority of the fans would have thought the same in the ground Unless the conversation went like this Pdc : wong your having a mare, why did you sherk the header Ji : sorry boss i thought he was gonna kick me in the face Pdc : dont be such a pussy Ji : sorry pdc it wont happen again Pdc : give me one good reason why i shouldnt haul you off? Ji : dont take me off and i'll show you Pdc : well you better had dog meat breath Ji : trust me please Pdc : last chance, let me down and your straight off Ji : i'll be fine Pdc : ****er!
Well it's hard to do nothing when you watching donkey **** pal & by the way, if you was there you would of boed him or done the ironic cheers to.
99.9% would of sub him at half time against MK Dons but PDC didn't. it was more ironic cheers than boos.
I dont know if i would have or not, depends on alchohol intake and peer pressure and how annoyed i was at the time, 0-2 down and the half time banter, probably would have given an ironic cheer, wouldnt have booed though
In my opinion if you are not playing well you will get stick but thats just me tho. I can't stand fans what just sit there & do nothing. I understand why our ground is getting worse for atmosphere. Anyway I'm off, got stuff to do.
By the end of the first half I was bloody livid, arms folded and swearing more than a bloke with tourettes who's just trapped his bollocks in his zip after a piss. They were all to a man completely gash against lower league opposition with only Jack, Jozy and Johnson being slightly less gash than the rest. Ji was the worst of a very bad bunch, there was no booing where I was sitting when he was hauled off but plenty of ironic cheers which may have had a bit to do with the total disbelief that he had even appeared again after half time.
