Was a great game, Hopefully a good one for the spectators. Both Bristol teams played well and made a good impression on Bristol. We deserved to win over the 90 and im glad a Bristol boy got the winner.

    Well Done Joe <applause>

Agree with that hawk. I've said it for a while now, When that first league win comes we will move up that table. The performances are there and the results will come. Patience is a virtue. Even better now we have bragging rights :D

Listening to the game on BBC Bristol I still get the feeling that we are still not close to the finished article just yet. Not trying to be negative but we need to translate possession in to goals, and defence in to strength, and not the usual slackness that almost gave them a goal towards the end.

However the crowd sounded great tonight and I just hope the ending did not end up on a sour note because I had to shut down my computer because when I tried to download Sky Sport recommended player I kept running in to other crap that I felt was invading my space. Restored my computer to yesterday and got rid of the suspect sites.

Anyway a great win in front of almost a full house when other ties were played before just about no-one. Full marks and let's turn this night of good feelings in to league points.

Wasn't able to make the game, and glad that it was a good advertisement for Bristol- Hope this wasn't spoiled by any trouble- So glad we did win, we wouldn't have heard the last of it from the blue few if we hadn't.

A good win especially when you consider we had 4/5 players in the squad lacking match fitness Harewood, Carey, Shorey and O'Connor plus Jay still is lacking that bit of sharpness but it is looking like it is almost there would say about 85% at the moment he seems to get a little sharper in every game and always likely to do something like score or set someone up for a goal.

enjoyed the game and a good result, was fortunate to stumble across a pub in lewisham with a few lads from bristol in, who were working in the area, that having been said, think its bloody tragic to read only two bristolians started the game.
somethings going badly wrong somewhere, really about time the youth system started producing results.

    Rovers were dire 1st half.
They were better 2nd half (couldn't be worse) but overall we were far far better.

Just heard SOD, all he talked about was the invasion at the end. Horses going to ruin the pitch etc etc.
FFS I'm not condoning the morons but let's have some positivity. Mention the brilliant red hot atmosphere, Jets and Bryan's fantastic goals but no the twat just moans and drones on - he's one fu***** guts ache.

Thought Read was excellent throughout, although understandably got tired towards the end.
Shorey looks a class act for L1.
    JET is a revelation.
The bald bloke did well but I'd like to see their goal again, was he at fault ?
The player that impresses me each game is Joe Bryan. What a find.

There you are SOD - POSITIVITY - TRY SOME.

    Victor.

Lay of SOD it is getting better and better as games go by,that was a fantastic game of football tonight by both teams.

Rovers were good second half, but we had the extra quality,JET,Bryan were brilliant, thought Harwood had a good game all in all a great game of football tonight.

    Shorey looks a class act.

    Onwards and upwards.
