Clearly not an Achilles injury as he walked off the field without to much trouble. Pretty sure that it was hamstring related.
There's a chance it might just have been cramp or a tight hamstring, he did run his heart out. If the injury is bad, can we please learn from our past mistakes and find out if he needs treatment now; in the past we've brought players back early, exacerbated the injury and lost them for longer periods. We can't afford to do that this season as every game is important.
He's a bit of a concern as often has injuries which you hope won't scupper his chances of showcasing his obvious talent in this league. He's going to be targetted however due to his turn of pace, we saw that vs Man City when he was away on the wing on a break and taken out by Nastasic (think?)
Most fouled player in the prem in week 2 and was the most fouled player on the pitch at man city. Fact is he's gonna pick up knocks here and there because doesn't allow defenders to get near the ball and gets taken out instead. Get used to worrying about whether or not he'll be ok for the next game
