Many were commentating on his teeth being whitened and fixed but I thought he looked remarkably slimmer this year. p90x?
ya he got the chompers cleaned up. Looks a lot better. He was getting pretty chunky monkey last year!
which is why i said you are not wrong in what you said... but if whisky breath can get away with it and the voyeur can too then rodgers just needs to deliver on the pitch for peeps to ignore the bad teeth
First thing my missus said when I got home from the Stoke game was "He's had his teeth done hasn't he". I didn't have a clue who she was on about
He deffo slimmed down in the summer thats for sure, Football-wise its looking good, 3 wins from 3, no goals conceded and all without the one player everybody thought we couldnt play without... Suarez. Good business done in the window and the club as a whole played the keeping of Suarez very well indeed also imo. Im optimistic lets say..
The problem Rodgers had when he first joined the club was that ****ty "Being : Liverpool" documentary. Had that not been broadcast, our perception of him would be completely different (and a lot more positive). I feel as though there is a lot of substance to his words. He speaks well and I think in the future we'll see his vision play out and it will be a good time to be a Liverpool fan. How far can he take us? I think a better question would be how far are FSG going to allow him to take us? They need to provide him with the tools to succeed. Recently he has shown the desire and acumen to drive us forward but he need financial backing otherwise we'll contend but we'll never win real silverware
As we saw with Kenny, the owners aren't afraid to back the manager and spend big. The poor signings under Kenny obviously had a big impact when Rodgers came, but hopefully the past two windows will show the owners that Rodgers can be trusted with more money. We have found good players and signed them at very competitive prices. The only potential problem is that the owners may expect similar signings to the ones like Coutinho and Sturridge which were phenomenal deals but extremely difficult to identify and pull off.
