Currently 2-0 up against the Norwegians. Hopefully some of the players there can replace the players we've got in the senior team at the moment. Milner, I mean, just no, he's not playing well for City, so why is he in the England team. Also, you know you're in trouble when you are excited about "new boy" Scott Parker. He's fairly old, and was the main man in a team that got RELEGATED!!!

Feel sorry for James milner to be honest he can play well on either flank but for me is more of a box to box midfielder and just dosent fit in to City's system at all; he's not a defensive midfielder so wont edge out barry or de jong and dosent have the guile and technique to replace david silva; he'd have been much better joining someone like Utd or spurs or even staying at Villa

That's true, but it doesn't negate the fact that we should've used Ashley Young from the start instead of him

Ohh yhh no doubt about that; we should have also started any winger or any player at all tbh over walcott, the way he plays suits arsenal becuase they can pull teams apart and give him the space to use his 1 and only attribute but he does not suit how england play and should only be used as an impact player

Get Lennon into the England team more. He's a better winger than Walcott, for England, as his decision making isn't anywhere near as poor

When Lennons at his best hes up there amongst the best out and out wingers in world football but struggles to produce his best consistently for me. Up until recently hed have been by far and away my choice as right winger but the emergence of albrighton and the form of johnson, downing and even young who could play there means he'll stuggle to regain his place even in the squad. But the problem is i think people withiin the game think more of walcott than he's actually worth i think most managers, coaches etc would for unknown reasons pick walcott over all these we've mentioned.

It might possibly have something to do with the fact that he scored 13 goals and assisted 10 times in an injury-hit season. I'm not sure where all the 'Lennon is more productive' ideas come from. Compare the two players stats on the official premier league website or wikipedia; Walcott has scored and assisted more than Lennon and all of the people you have mentioned AND he is still younger than them all.

Too much of Walcott's best form was near the start of the season. He has struggled to look as good since. Having more goals than others you can understand because he's essentially a striker, which is also his downfall when he plays on the wing - he's not suited to it and therefore looks out of his depth. Like the person above said, he might be able to get away with it for Arsenal but not for England.

Seriously? These guys are all so over-rated... a lot of pace but where is the end product? There is rarely anything of a high standard coming in from the wings... my team last year had two players on the wings who are already better than Lennon and Walcott... namely James Henry and Andros Townsend... one's 21, the other 19! Get a winger in who can actually cross the ball!!

its because walcott isnt a winger and wont ever be despite how many times wenger keeps playing him there. as a southampton fan, it is sad to watch him play because we know how good he could have been, instead of being ruined by that french idiot.

Hey why do you call Wenger an idiot? Make u sound like one actually! Why do the british feel they are special? You have never won anything outside England in over 40 years says alot. The most stupid thing I ever heard is "British grit" What really is that?

Until u learn to play with ur head and not brawn, pace, etc u would never appreciate Wenger and make it internationally.
