I'm sick of these whingers ....... saying he couldn't settle in the NE after he'd just got off the plane.

Bent made the move to the West Midlands and failed ..... I hope the same thing happens with Sess.

Niall Quinn probably summed it up ' sensitive player who don't like being shouted at by Di Canio '

I don't, I hope he goes there and does a good job. He's a good footballer, I've got nothing against him. It was a shame to let him go though.

Well that's 6 million in the bank.
Not bad for a player who obviously was working his ticket, playing ****e for us and getting caught drink driving, got what he deserved a transfer to a ****e team.
So now lets get behind the team ffs

Well yeah, just because I support Sunderland doesn't mean that I can't want other players or other teams to do well too!

Can't believe this! We've officially sold the man with the little creativity we had. The few quality players we had are now gone. What have we brought in? Random and unwanted players from random clubs in random leagues all over the world. Nice job!

You'd keep a career sulker who sulked to come to Sunderland then sulked to leave .......... okey dokey.

I'm worried by him signing for West Brom. I usually go to the games with a baggie mate and we usually sit in Row Z behind the goal :)

More seriously, I rate him very highly as a talent, but it's telling that no-one else has come in with a decent offer. When he's good, he's very, very, good. When he's bad....

I loved Sess when he was here, but I hope he does a Bent at WBA and has a mare. They are one of the dozen teams that we are in competition with and we have strengthened their side.

I'm sorry he never fulfilled his potential but not sad to see him go, promised much in his five years at the club(yes, 5 years) but did cannot deliver often enough, a luxury player we can ill afford who recently just seemed to literally disappeared for games on end

I wish him luck but he had his chance

People will be glad Sess is off the wage bill, happy now?

I can sleep much better now that our wage bill is down and my favorite player is sold to the team below us who we play in 3 weeks and is our only winable game for the next 5 games.
