Good offer but we are already short in midfield so i dont think we can afford to let him go. Unless of course we have someone ready to sign and we just need the funds to do it.
We'll have Ki, Gards, Catts, Cabal, Vaughan and Colback in central mid once we sign a left back. Thats a sufficient number of players fighting for 2 positions i think.
Colback and Gardner will be used as a back up lb more than anything That leaves Ki, Catts, Cabral and Vaughan. One of these options is awful and not worth considering in anyway game where we won't completely dominate Seb is half decent at cm so I'd sooner sell Vaughan for 1m than Seb for 4m
We're talking like we're not going to bring anyone in. if the deadline passes and all the paperwork is through and we've brought no one in, then I'd be very interested in this conversation. In the mean time I'm focusing on potential incomings. It's keeping the anger at bay.
I would not like him to drive himself !. Wigan want £14 m for Mcmanaman which is ridiculous, so that's us out of the running. sell Ji to Newcastle for £20 m (a bargin) And get Defoe in!.
I beg to differ. He is the poorest centre midfielder in the EPL. I think he is picked to take 1 good set piece in 10 and argue with the referee. If this offer is on the table it should be accepted immediately.
This..... Sebs a pretty average wide midfielder with a good freekick. Theres absolutely no way he should be playing in the heart of our midfield!!
Totally agree with this. Don't agree with this. Both aren't good enough though and both need to be shipped on.
