    Dear Cardiff

As new boys you are making this Premier League Malarkey look far too easy; please will you show some decorum and respect for your betters!

I have some friends from the blue side of Manchester who were very upset, traumatised in fact, by your conduct last week - please can you just play nicely; they are the big boys and it is not nice or clever to make them look average the way you did, after all - they pay the biggest fees in Big School!

Was prepared to overlook that display of gross bad manners and put it down to the fact that you were over excited because you were finally in Big School!

But then you go and upset those from the blue side of the Mersey! Now once could be put down to your inexperience of what is expected of you - twice is just damn bloody mindedness!!

Please look again at the rule book for Big School! You are newcomers so you must respect the seniors, and prefects, of Big School - giving them a bloody nose is conduct that is frowned upon! The top six of Big School pay the majority of the fees so it is very unfair of you to give them a 'whooping', that is something that is frowned upon - you should know your place and not outplay the big boys from Big School!

I am sure that you have now learnt your lesson, and will give the big boys in Big School, who have spent their millions earning their place, the respect they deserve! ;)

Don't worry cartoon we're gonna pick on Hull next- I just hope they don't give us too much trouble but it may be a side show in the upper echelons of the big skool.

Don't think it will be a side show Taff - you are just big bullies picking on the likes of Man C and Everton! The poor dabs are inconsolable - shame on you!!!! Know your place and Big School will be a far happier ship! ;)

That's made me chuckle first thing on a Sunday! Well done!

It's been a good start to the season. Long may it continue! I think we are surprising a few though which is nice

Both Welsh clubs up and running, good, it would have been a bit boring if you weren't going to try, good win!

When you watch the Swans, you can just see that they will get results over the course of the season. No problems for them to be up around the 10th mark again.

Watched a lot of your game against Brom online yesterday Cartoon, and don't take this the wrong way pal, but I couldn't believe how clueless the Baggies looked against you.

They were either very poor, or you just made them look that way. You effectively steamrollered them and were worth more that the 2 goal margin.

If Clarke reads too much into his last season finish and thinks he can repeat it with that lot on the pitch, he could be back in the yo-yo club come May.

You were more than just worth the points and looked a very classy outfit on the day, but you were facing a side that were all over the place tactically and didn't have a clue how to play you.

Both of us now off the mark points wise - going to be a very interesting season for both of us - looking forward to it. <ok>

More even than performances, points on the board are all-important at the beginning. Very early but Sunderland and Brum do look like potential strugglers this year. Pleased for Palace and their win - people said they would be certainties for relegation but I think they'll be fighting to the last day. Cardiff, in the other hand, will be safe by then. From the games so far, and this could change, they are looking the strongest promoted teams and I can see them finishing higher than at least a couple of the existing Prem teams (Sunderland, West Brom, maybe Newcastle...).

If you lot keeping rocking the boat the rest of us will get sea sick :)

Its early days I know but my candidates for the drop are 3 from Sunderland, Palace, Stoke and Hull - I think you will be OK

Agree with you Sparkey - WBA were not good; apart from Sinclair's free kick they didn't really look like getting their first goal of the season! What pleased me most was the fact we controlled the game for most of it - but was also relieved when the second goal went in - we missed a few chances and can't afford to do that against better teams.

But as you said - both off the mark now and can both be happy over the international break. Good luck for the season mate, hope you're loving the Premier League so far! <cheers>
