That by the end of August we would have a starting 11 that included Larson and Vaughan in the middle with Ji and Wickham up front I would have poised my self laughing.................well I'm not laughing now.......

I know what you mean mate. Midfield needs overhauling. We were overrun today. On the positive, Fletch is back and scoring

We got the game back to 1-1 at this stage you could see that Vaughan and Larrson were flagging but Paolo did nothing. This worried me as I was crying out for them to make a change in the middle. I'm not an expert but it was there for all to see but our management did nothing.

By the way the penalty came from our obsession with passing backwards. This came from a comfortable halfway line position until we gradually passed ourselves into trouble. Palace had NOTHING to do with the build up to the pen. That was all us ffs!

There was a lot called for Wickham to start.

    They got their wish.

And he did for 90 minutes what I have seen him do as a substitute.

    **** all.

Hang on, you accused me of being triumphalist on my post for echoing similar thoughts yet post a similar negative one if your own?

    Bit hypocritical that lad.

Anyone watching the opening 4 games of this campaign who isn't worried is not bring honest. Lets see how chuffed people are in another 5 or 6 games. Far from triumphal, I'm bloody depressed.

I got loads of txts from lads at the game yesterday to say we were shocking against the bookies favourites for the drop. I said last season I feared PDC was out of his depth. I'm not seeing much evidence to suggest I'm wrong.

Unfortunately we are in the same position as every season in that we only have a chance of winning when our first team is playing as we lack depth in the squad.

Doesn't look like we will get anymore signings as we have brought a loan in. Best thing to do is keep all our players & pray we don't get injuries.

We needed Cabral or catts yesterday. I think once the window shuts the players frozen out will be reintroduced to the first team, god knows we need them.

Mackemsrule, your dead right about Wickham mate, he's a plank.
Anyone who thinks that he's a Premiership standard player wants his head examined.

PDC is going to do what O Neil nearly did, we are rubbish all over the pitch, no marking, too slow to the ball, kicking balls into empty spaces. Look at what Liverpool did to Man u, when we do that I will be very happy.

Held out for a desperate 1-0 win under constant Utd pressure and some frankly embarrassing refereeing bias toward the dippers?

Smug is a pain in the arse, get off your self centered, self important high horse. He's been out of order with some folk but with you he was bang on the money. As if you think you're so special to think he's got a vendetta against you. <laugh> What a deluded ****er you are.
