Appreciate that Waddo I went to the Liverpool game and I said then. " We played very well but, Liverpool were just too good" I said to Nicky Waddo. "I can see a massive difference and that was after a defeat a Anfield. Today proved me right and there is NO WAY under Pulis would we have passed it around like we did, not a chance in hell. My mates sent me a voicemail just after the game quote.. " stevie, Stevie we were fantastic today, Stoke fans were brilliant as usual. He said he saw Shammers fans fighting amongst their own. Cheers for that incite Potts much apreciated. You can tell by the players that they are as one now and really up for it. Had Walters slotted away that penalty at Liverpool we would be joint top now. Wow can you imagine that after 3 games??? 3 wins in one week. Hughes is panning out to be a great signing!
He sure is mate, On step at a time though, we'll lose games for sure BUT it's exciting times at SCFC once again. Whatever happens Waddo, I for one will enjoy the ride. And what a ride so far. Can it get any better, I'm sure it can and when it does us old timers should enjoy it more than others on here. From one old timer to another... night Waddo.
