Seen 2 of Palace's 3 games so far - got to say I'm (annoyingly) impressed with how they've played. I don't get how they've looked so comfortable though - they have the exact same backline as the one they had in the Championship - a backline that wasn't as good as ours last season, and we're the team who have strengthened at the back!

A Sunderland fan just leaving the game said on 606 tonight, that Sunderland are a shambles, and the new players brought in have never played in the EPL before and are having difficulty coming to terms with it, (Prossy situation x 6 by the sound of it). Also Palarse are no great shakes, and that in his opinion they will both go down.
I'm rather hoping it drags on until at least Christmas before he implodes and they have to sack him. If he goes before October's out, then they'll have time to get a sane manager in and climb out of trouble.
