Come on guys let's have some views/opinions on the game..... I can't travel to London the Doc's advised me it's too far so I'll just say this. Whoever gets to the game get behind the team 100 per cent and give them your full support. I sincerely hope that we attack and I'm sure (given I have seen the Liverpool game, Palace and this weeks Cup game Vs Walsall there are many positives to look forward to this season. My preferred team would be.. Begovic Muniesa Ryan Huth Pieters Pennant Adam N'Zonzi Assaidi Jones Jerome I hope M Hughes sticks with K.J. and Crouch has not really done enough (so far) so I would include Jerome. I suspect the Shammers will throw lots of crosses into out box so maybe Crouch may start? That for me would be pretty useless. Let's Ryan and Huthy deal with whatever comes their way. I assume that we will again (pass the ball) and if we do that it shoud be an entertaining game to watch. Come on Stoke let's have a go and show the punters we can pass it around. So far, so good. Do we add another striker before Monday? Either way, I strongly believe that with TWO out and out wingers and Jerome's pace. We have a great chance on Saturday. Keep the faith one and all.
I like your team Potts, hope we have a go at them today if we play well we should be worth at least a point.
From the sounds of it we have dominated the match, how long since we could say that for an away game.
The stats back it up too Jowler mate - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23822679 Happy days indeed boys!
About 5 years up yours to those who think we HOOF IT. Onwards and Nicky, I told you we looked a different team now. Ktf
It sounds by all accounts that Hughes has achieved in 2 away games more than TP could in an entire season, but time will tell when we have a few more games under our belt. More possession, shots & shots on target than the home team - progression comes in small steps but that sounds like an Armstrong step for me? Still wondering why pennant isnt starting and whilst Crouch has offered little - neither has Walters. I would imagine at the close of the transfer window we will have a better idea. UTMP's
