Do you think it'd be worth freezing custard as a replacement for icecream? I've always had a thing for thick cold yellow custard, eat that by tin load But does chocolate custard exist? I've never understood what flavour yellow custard is
Nothing will make a substitute for ice cream, but much in the way ketchup, bbq and brown sauce make a great accompaniment for chips, frozen yoghurt and now I believe frozen custard will make a delicious addition to a bowl of ice cream.
