Presumably it should be the same as the week before as none of the midweek players covered themselves in glory so no-one has broken into a winning team

After Swindon, only SWP and Shariff earned their right to be on the bench on Saturday.
So same as v Bolton, but Hoillet in for 45 min replaced at HT/hour by SWP

I'd say Hoilett on the bench and not risked from the start.

    Only SWP?!?!!?!

For me his performance on Tuesday sums up why he is a useless ****er. Did okay defensively but that’s all he offers. You might as well play an actual full back if all you are looking for is a winger who does defensive things.

He has played more than 60 times for us and scored two goals (one against Walsall )and his number of assists can be counted on one hand.

He was put through for a one on one by the far more effective Mo Shariff and predictably slammed it straight at the keeper.

I absolutely ****ing hate him. If he scores a hatrick tomorrow (he wont) I would still hate him. For the amount of money he has cost our club.
£4million fee to buy- conservative estimate of £50,000 a week for 2 years almost to the day means he has cost our club so far £9,200,000!!!!!!! With two years left on his contract he will cost us £14,400,000. So £4,800,000 a year.

My season ticket cost £700. Every season 6,857 at £700 need to be sold to cover the cost of SWP!!!!! He is a leach and a waste of space. His cost and continual ineffective performances, creating us no chances hinder us and for me make him pound for pound the worst signing we ever made.

Cant stand him any longer. Had enough

    Give it a rest Damage.

Cant blame him for taking £50k a week, if thats what he was offered under a previously mismanaged board then that is the clubs problem, not the players!

On SWP himself, admittedly I think he has been more effective at this level than he was whilst we were in the Prem.

Sometimes his decision making isnt the greatest and neither is his upper body strength but you can never say he lacks effort. It was his beating of the full back and drive into the box that presented Hitchcock with the winning goal against Ipswich lets not forget.

Personally think he is given a rough time of it from us 'fickle' fans who always have favourites.

An ideal example would be the Swindon game, he was put through 1-on-1 with the keeper and forced the keeper into a save. The crowd were on him straight away. Yet Charlie misses pretty much an open goal with a header 4 yards out and is applauded for effort. WTF is wrong with some people!

Leave the past in the past, take off your rose tinted, player bias, probably fake Ray Bans and just enjoy your £700 a season seat. That's what I do! COYR's!

I think you have forgot some of his positives

    1. He is very consistent - he was **** at Man city and **** at Chelsea...
    2. He has scored 14 league goals in the last nine years, but only 1 goal with us so by the law of averages we are due a goal frenzy by him, he should score maybe 2 or 3 goal this season...
    3. I'm not sure pound for pound he is the worse signing we have made - he is simply to short and lightweight.
    4. His dad was good.
    5. When he runs he uses both feet to stand up
    6. Ronaldo scored 59 goals last season, SWP has scored 59 goals in 15 years, therefore he is only 15 times ****ter than Ronaldo...
    7. He managed to score his only bastard league goal against Chelsea.
    8. In 2010 he was selected ahead of Theo Walcott for the world cup in South Africa.. hah ha ha haha ahahaha ahahaha ahaha ahaha
    9. he has looked slightly less crap this season but still has trouble kicking the ball.

Now we've lost Mackie, SWP is in a class of one for comedy control value.

No, of course he can take the money contractually owed to him BUT my issue is that I would rather he did that whilst sitting in the reserves or via the Anton Ferdinand route of being paid to go away and not make our club suffer anymore of him.

To his decision making and upper body strength list of things he’s not very good at you can add passing, shooting, dribbling, and crossing or to summarise just put football. Soft to use the ‘fickle’ fan card. If he there is ever a player that deserves stick then it is him. As I said a handful of assists and two goals is not a good enough return.

So hard to argue against your contradictory and childish arguments as it means you don’t really have a point so it would be long winded to highlight why you are wrong. Short version:

    - You say why moan at SWP for missing a one on one (wasn’t a good save it was a bad miss) and then suggest if anything Austin deserved to be moaned at for missing an easier chance (well shorter distance from goal).
Austin is a new signing, not yet settled. Is a proven goalscorer. Most recognise once he gets off the mark he will bang in loads as he has alwas done in far weaker teams. Been unlucky not to add to his first goal, he has hit the bar numerous times and had another one wrongly disallowed. Also his all round play has been good. Clearly worth giving a lot more time to.

    - You say ‘leave the past in the past’. That doesn’t mean anything?!!!?!?! Also completely highjlights your illogical structuurel. Do you mean let Bosingwa and Anton stay, they were rubbish last year but he ius our player so keep him (cant judge Bosingwa on his previous league and champions league winning performances though because the past is the past’). OF course the past matters. The thread is about who starts the next game, this is completely centred on past performances!!!!

    - The fake ray ban comment? Grow up. Assuming you must be fairly poor and taken issue with me referring to a £700 season ticket as if this was a lot of money to you. Either that or your a champagne socialist with a chip on his shoulder and haven’t realised that I used that cost purley as a releavant example of how much money he costs (ticket revenue being a key income stream and him being part of the staff.

SWP had a decent enough game V Swindon, the fact he's been **** in the past doesn't have any bearing on how you should rate his performances in the present. I'd guess hoillet won't be fit enough for a start, but if we can keep the game tight till 60 minutes, he might make the difference from the bench.

The hardest selection for tomorrow is who to play at left back. I think it'll be a back four of hill-dunne-onouha-simpson again, but Suk Yung is loads faster than Hill. I understand Leeds have a "secret weapon" in Dom Poleon, who's very pacy, and could give Clint a roasting.
I wonder if Traore might be favoured? Or alternatively he could be played on the wing. Who knows!

Once Philips starts then SWP will be an asset to come on from the bench.
I would like to see Suk Young get a run of games as he seems to have potential.

Fact is he was shocking against Swindon he could not control the ball pass to one of his own players and his shooting should be in the Comedy Hall of Fame and that goes for Zamora as well I dont want to see either player wear a Hoops shirt again and by the way Austin has been very dissapointing but you can see the quality is there he needs a bit of Jordan kick up the jacksy

****ing Hell I'm slightly stunned, now we don't have Adel to be the 'Marmite' of QPR i can't quite believe SWP might actually be taking over this role.

Let me just make it clear - I'm in the 'he's **** camp'.

AS long as he's at QPR i wish him well, i hope he scores, i hope he helps us win, i don't begrudge him his ludicrous wage that we offered him, but he is still ****.

Lets hope he make me eat my words this season.

    (he won't though because he's ****)
