Heard the mags were back in?

I'd have thought a return to West Ham would be a good move for him.

Ba, Fletch, Jozy and Connor. Looks class for our 4 main strikers doesn't it? I'd have him all day long. Shame we're not in position to add a 'luxury' signing.

Great player but not a priority for us at all. Money needs to go elsewhere unless we sell Ji and Sess.

This is the sort of decision that The Board must ponder if they are to take us to the next level.
It's a 'no brainer' for me.... Get a bid in.
Easily said when its not your money tho!?

I think he would be a great addition for 75% of teams ... And superb 'back-up' for the other 25% ?!
    Wages ?!?!?!?

If we sell Ji & Sess then I will take him but we will struggle to sell our rubbish forwards.

In a minority here (or maybe even on my own) but i dont think i'd want him tbh.

Dont want ex-mags or mag supporting players anywhere near our club ever again

He is up for sale for £12m or to be loaned for £3m per season + £100k a week wages.

Top quality striker without a doubt (I don't know why José Mourinho doesnt fancy the lad as he is top 4 player easily) but lets face it lads, we wont be after him at those prices.

I'd take him like a shot.
He is still the only one out of that lucky Skunk team of yesteryear I would even consider.

No, with Sess out the door we don't need an out-and-out striker such as Ba, but someone who can link up play

7m is a lot of money to spend for a position where we have Jozy and Fletch

and what if one of them gets injured for the season, we playing ji and whickham all season you need 3 excellent strikers and a couple of back ups in my mind we should go and get him.

Typical Chavs - they were the only ones to go in for him when he had a £7m release clause for about a year, he signs for them and scores a couple of goals in the league in half a season and they stick his price up to £10-£12m, despite the fact that he's probably now on double the wages he was at Newcastle.

They'll be lucky to get £7m for him and there's no club in England that would give him the wages he's on and pay £10m for him. Not even Liverpool.

He'll end up being shipped out to some Arab/Russian club on loan and sign for QPR if Arry gets them back up.

No financial sense to sell sess then pay big bucks for a replacement
