Given that Chanterlands Avenue, is known to its core customers as 'Chants Ave ' or even 'Chants', is it right to drop the 'Avenue' and just call it 'Chants' ?
You're the only one who has a problem with it so all the other forum members must be in favour or at latest not anti the suggested re-labelling.
Historically Chanterlands Avenue lies on the old troll road named as Le Chavs Way in the 1728 Speede Map titled Places of ill virtue in the eastern riding.
Lucky Dragon Avenue would appeal to people in the Far East looking to invest locally. You know I'm not wong.
the Tanzanian Doctor i worked with had a great way of calling it chan-ter-land-ez - aven -oooo it seemed to take him a minute to say it each time - especially as one of his stories was him watching his friend getting hit by a car on the junction there and he just peddled off to work leaving here in a bloody mess lol
I'm virtually equidistant between newland and prinny aves so I really don't give a **** about shatts ave, call it what you want, poor, crap, traffical nightmare, wanabee ave, whatever
